Homeowners: As the Amenity Center is nearing completion, we have received information from Pulte that the completion date of the Amenity Center has been moved back to the beginning of the 4th quarter of this year.
Arcadis-us has informed the association that the City of Palm Bay has completed its inspection and the 4' survey markers in the rear of development lots can be removed at any time by homeowners or Pulte will at some point have them removed. The marker posts along the perimeter will remain for a period of time longer as may be needed.
